Please take care when trying on your purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, etc. will not be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the condition they were received with tags still attached, we recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us, parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. We do not offer free prepaid returns.
